Job Overview:

Horizon Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented, driven professional to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality commercial roofing projects across the Carolinas, and our reputation for excellence is built on precision, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Roofing Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and reviewing accuracy of detailed estimates for a variety of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they meet budget, safety, and quality standards. This includes:

• Preparing detailed estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, site visits, and overhead costs.

• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up, modified bitumen, Metal, etc.) and manufacturer requirements.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ensuring all estimates meet industry standards and reflect best practices.

• Staying current with market pricing, product innovations, and industry trends.

• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Supporting safety compliance in all project planning.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience with a proven track record.

• Strong understanding of commercial roofing design, code compliance, and manufacturer warranty requirements.

• Proficiency with computerized estimating software (The EDGE experience a plus).

• Skilled in Acculynx, XActimate, EagleView, GAF, Roofscope, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
