Firm Updates
Touchstone Electric
Hillandale partnered with Charlotte-based Touchstone Electric to invest $2 million in a 25% IRR convertible note. Touchstone offers a range of electrical services to residential and commercial customers including home panel upgrades, generator installation, pool and crawlspace work and more. The company is on track to hit $8 million in sales and $1 million in EBITDA. Learn more here.

Team Updates
Hillandale hired Morgan Howard in January to expand the Private Business Roundtable and handle our growing communication and event planning needs.
On the investment side, JP Iaropoli has joined as a Private Equity Associate and will split his time between portfolio companies and Hillandale’s merchant banking engagements.
